This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for all boudoir photography services provided by Bad Kitty Photography (BKP). By signing below, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
AGE OF CONSENT
You must be 18 years or older to participate in a boudoir session. A valid, government-issued photo ID is required at booking to verify age.
If false information regarding age is provided, BKP reserves the right to cancel the session without refund.
SESSION TYPES & PRICING
Standard Sessions include your photoshoot only. Hair, makeup, editing, and packages are available separately.
All-Inclusive Sessions include the photoshoot, venue, travel fees, your chosen editing level, and all digital images in high-resolution color and black & white.

VENUES & LOCATIONS
Sessions are held in rented venues such as Airbnbs, hotels, or professional studios. Venue addresses are provided a few days before your session.
TIMELINESS
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting your photographer, your session may be canceled, and all payments forfeited.
Late arrivals may have shortened sessions to avoid impacting other clients.
GUESTS & FRIENDS
BKP sessions are designed to be focused, one-on-one experiences.
Friends are generally not permitted during the shoot unless pre-approved.

Only one female guest may attend with prior notice.

Guests must remain respectful and cannot photograph, film, or direct during the session.

If disruptive, they will be asked to leave immediately.
Partners are not permitted to stay and watch but may drop you off. For Couples Sessions, both partners participate and this policy does not apply.
Children of any age are not allowed in the studio—no exceptions.
PRIVACY & IMAGE RIGHTS
Your privacy is sacred.
No images will ever be shared publicly without your written consent. Every image on our website or social media was used with documented permission.
WARDROBE & STYLING
Clients must bring their own outfits, shoes, and accessories. BKP does not provide lingerie due to travel and hygiene reasons. If you’ve chosen a group session, all participants must arrive hair and makeup ready.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All deposits are non-refundable.
If you cancel, you forfeit all monies paid.
If BKP has already purchased flights, venues, or travel services, you are responsible for reimbursing all non-refundable costs associated with your session. These charges will be billed to the card used for your deposit.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
Rescheduling incurs a $250 fee paid directly to your photographer.
If flights or venues have been booked, you will also be responsible for any costs needed to change those arrangements.
Choose your date carefully—consider work, travel, and your cycle before booking.
SICKNESS POLICY
If you’re sick, please contact us immediately.

If flights and venues have not been purchased: We’ll happily reschedule your session a minimum of 30 days out.

If flights and venues have been purchased: You must reimburse all non-refundable costs (receipts provided). Once reimbursed, we’ll reschedule your session at no additional fee.
Failure to reimburse forfeits all monies and future booking privileges.
WEATHER, TRAVEL DISRUPTIONS & ACTS OF GOD
Boudoir sessions require travel, venues, and time that are often impacted by factors beyond anyone’s control.
In the event of severe weather, natural disasters, government travel restrictions, flight cancellations, road closures, power outages, or other Acts of God (“Mother Nature doing her thing”) that prevent you or Bad Kitty Photography from safely attending the session, the following applies:
• The session will be rescheduled to the next available date that works for both parties.
• No rescheduling fees or penalties will be applied in these situations.
• No refunds will be issued for any payments made, as BKP also incurs non-refundable costs related to travel, venues, and scheduling.
Safety always comes first. If conditions make travel unsafe or impossible, we will communicate as quickly as possible and work with you to get your session back on the calendar.
NO-SHOW POLICY
If you fail to attend your confirmed appointment without notice, a penalty fee will apply:

Standard Session: $500

All-Inclusive Session: $1,000

Bad Kitty Experience & Couples Sessions: $1,750
The fee will be charged to the card on file.
ALCOHOL & SAFETY
Clients over 21 may bring wine or champagne to enjoy while getting ready.
Please keep consumption light—drunkenness shows in photos.
Hard liquor is discouraged. If we believe you’ve had too much, we’ll cut you off, take your keys, and call an Uber.
Your photographers are happy to toast with you before your shoot and will never turn down a sweet treat!
WEAPONS & PROPS
Firearms, swords, and similar props are allowed only if disclosed in advance.
All firearms must be unloaded and shown safe upon arrival. Loaded weapons are strictly prohibited.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY
BKP takes every precaution to protect your images and provide exceptional service.
In the unlikely event that photos are lost, damaged, or destroyed beyond our control, our liability is limited to refund of all monies paid.
