Your gallery is here. You survived the photoshoot. And now comes the part where you get to sit there staring at yourself thinking, “WAIT... THAT’S ME?!”

Yes. Yes, it is. 😏

So grab a drink, get comfy, kick everyone out of the room if you need a minute alone with your hotness, and let’s go through your gallery.

When you first open it, you’ll see all of your images displayed in a grid. Click on the first photo and from there you can move through them one at a time.

Unless your All-Inclusive Session has already been paid in full, your gallery images will have a watermark across them. Don’t panic—that’s supposed to be there. Fully paid All-Inclusive galleries will be displayed without watermarks.

NOW START HEARTING THE GOOD STUFF ❤️

Under each image you’ll see a little heart button. When you see one you love, click it.

The first time you favorite an image, the gallery will ask for your email and have you create an account. There is no charge to create an account. This simply saves your favorites so you can come back to them without starting all over again.

And trust us—you’re probably going to change your mind 14 times.

You can open your Favorites whenever you want, add more images, remove some, dramatically reconsider your entire life, put three back in... whatever. Nothing is final until you tell us you’re finished.

One important little thing:

If you’re purchasing digital images, favorite BOTH the color AND black & white versions of the images you want. You receive both versions, so make sure both are in there.

If you’re ordering prints, a book, or a calendar, you only need to favorite the actual photographs you want included.

OKAY, I PICKED THEM. NOW WHAT?

Once you’ve narrowed everything down and your Favorites folder contains only the images you actually want to purchase, look at the upper-right corner of your gallery.

You’ll see a BLUE circle with WHITE dashes. Click that to open the drop-down menu.

Inside you’ll find Send Favorites.

Click it and your final favorites will be sent directly to us. In the message, tell us what package or products you’re interested in purchasing so we know what you’re dreaming up.

Not sure what you want yet? Totally fine.

In that same menu you’ll find Packages and Pricing, which will take you back to the Bad Kitty website where you can look through all of your available image and product options.

Once you’ve decided, just reach out by email, text, or phone. We’ll review everything with you, prepare your final total, and make sure we have all the details we need for your order.

AND THEN... HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT?

Digital images can usually be available for download the same day when ordered during our regular business hours of 10 AM–6 PM CST.

Books, calendars, prints, and our other physical products are custom made just for you, so those typically take approximately 2–3 weeks.

Need it faster? Expedited service is available for $25 and typically reduces turnaround to approximately 1–2 weeks.

And if at any point you’re staring at the screen thinking, “WHAT THE HELL AM I SUPPOSED TO CLICK?” 😂
